FAQ’s

(Q) How much is shipping?    

(A) Shipping is free with in the United States of America.  All International orders must be approved by us.  Please contact: support@strikesurvival.com

(Q) When will my order ship?

(A) All orders are processed the same business day.  Orders placed after 11am CST will be shipped the following business day.

(Q) How long do I have to return my purchase?

(A) You have 14 days from the time of receipt to return your order.  You must contact us first for a RAN “return authorization number”.  Order returned without RAN’s will be declined and not valid.  A 25% restocking fee may apply please review our complete Terms of Purchase. 

(Q) Where are the instructions for my item?

(A) Items requiring instructions will be electronic with some exceptions.  These instructions will be on the product page it’s self.  All others will come with the product. “WE ALSO HAVE INSTRUCTION VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE

(Q) Where are you located?

(A) Strike Survival is located in the panhandle of Florida.  

(Q) Do you sell at wholesale?

(A) Yes! We do offer wholesale pricing for large quantities starting at 100pc orders.  Please contact sales@strikesurvival.com.  Prices are based on quantity!
